HINGE Hinge Hoops terms of use

Hinge Hoops is made by CR Industries LLC and is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement for applications. What follows adds to it in the places that are specific to this game. Where the two disagree, the paragraph here is the one we intend to be held to.
What Hinge Hoops sells
The game is free to download and free to play, every mode included. It sells two kinds of thing, through Apple, and the price of each is the one the App Store shows you before you buy:
- Remove Ads, bought once, which removes every advert, the optional videos included. The "+30 s" overtime and the free power-ups the videos paid for stay, with no video to watch. It belongs to your Apple Account and comes back with Restore Purchases in the game's Settings, on any device signed in to that account, through Family Sharing, and after any reinstall.
- Power-up packs: a stated number of uses of Slow-Mo, Steady Hoop or Hot Start, or five of each in the Power-Up Bundle, for Arcade rounds only. They are consumable: each use is spent when a round starts with it switched on, they never expire, and they are kept on the device they were bought on. Restore Purchases cannot bring them back, and deleting the game deletes any you have left. Support says exactly what each one does.
There are no coins, no currency, no loot boxes, no subscriptions and nothing else for sale, and nothing you buy is random. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.
If anything else is ever added for sale, its price and what it gives will be set out here and in the game before anybody can buy it.
Playing fairly
Please do not modify the game, tamper with its saved data, use tools to automate play, or try to post scores you did not earn by playing. The leaderboards are shared with other people, and entries we believe were not earned by playing may be removed.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center, and Apple's terms cover your Game Center account. Everything except those features works without it.
Advertising
The game is paid for by adverts, described in the privacy policy. Adverts come from Google, and their content is not written, chosen or reviewed by us in advance. If you are shown something inappropriate, report it from Settings, Ads, Report an ad in the game, and we will act on it.
What we do not promise
Hinge Hoops is provided as it is. We test it, we will fix what we can, and we will keep it working on current phones for as long as it is reasonable to. We cannot promise it will never fail, never lose a round, or run for ever, and nothing here is a promise about future content beyond what the game already contains. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the consumer law where you live gives you, whatever it says.
Age
Hinge Hoops is not a children's app, it is not in the Kids category, and it is not directed to children.
